​Benchfilms has been working as a production company for 10 years surviving the inevitable ebbs and flows inherent to a creative industry. Throughout the decade, “bench” has endeavoured to upskill any individual that worked, shadowed or interned here; whether they stay and grow with us or not. We are excited to formalise and expand this process through the facility of a Non-Profit Organisation. Through the education and experiential learning afforded by bench we will accelerate the growth and diversification of our own company and the industry as a whole. We are looking to empower any passionate, well-deserving creative, and thrive together for decades to come
